- Handle the sunglasses and the insert by the edges and avoid touching the lens surfaces.
- Don't place either lens face-down while fitting or removing the insert.
- Take your time and be gentle with both the insert and the frame.

Fitting your prescription insert
Your insert is made to your prescription by our local Sydney lens technician. Here's how to fit it, take it out, and get the most out of your first few runs.
You'll receive two separate packages. Your sunglasses ship from our warehouse and your prescription insert comes from our lens technician. They may arrive on different days, and that's completely normal.
Before you start
Fitting the insert
The insert has small clips that line up with slots on the inside of your frame. Line them up and press in gently until you feel a click. That click tells you it's seated properly.
Removing the insert
Ease the insert out gently. No forcing needed. The first time can feel a little fiddly, but after a few goes you'll do it without thinking.

Give it a few runs
When our beta testers first put their inserts in, some noticed they could see the edge of the prescription lens in their peripheral vision. That's completely normal, especially if you're used to wearing bigger everyday glasses. After one or two runs, every tester found they were mostly looking forward while running and stopped noticing it.
So give it a few runs before you judge it. Everyone told us how great it felt to finally run and see clearly, in glasses that protect their eyes and are built for running.
