  • Express Shipping (2–5 business days): $20 AUD

  • Express Shipping (3–7 business days): $30 AUD

United States

  • Standard Shipping (7–15 business days): $20 AUD
  • Express Shipping (4–10 business days): $40 AUD

Asia (Zone 1: Singapore, Hong Kong SAR, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan)

Canada

  • Standard Shipping (7–14 business days): $20 AUD
  • Express Shipping (4–10 business days): $40 AUD

Please note: Delivery times may vary depending on your location, and external factors like customs processing, weather, or public holidays can impact delivery times. 

3. Shipping Address

Please ensure the shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided at checkout.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link to track your package in real time. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

5. International Shipping

We currently ship to Australia, New Zealand, United States, Asia, India, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Europe, and Canada.

International orders may be subject to duties, taxes, or import fees upon arrival. These charges are set by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for these charges and do not provide refunds for duties, taxes, or import fees incurred.

6. Lost or Damaged Items

We take great care in packing your order to ensure it arrives safely. However, if your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at: team@reyourrun.com.au

We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
