What's in the Kit
The Formula
The spray is built around a formula that's actually safe for performance lens coatings.
86% deionised water base. The rest is a biodegradable non-ionic surfactant to lift oils and sweat, a green-classified solvent for streak-free clarity, and a preservative to keep the formula stable.
No isopropyl alcohol. No ammonia. No harsh solvents.
Most lens cleaners, including well-known brands, use alcohol as the main cleaning agent. It works in the short term, but repeated use on coated lenses can cause coatings to haze, craze, or start to peel. Ours doesn't.
Safe on: polarised, photochromic, AR-coated, UV400, hydrophobic, and oleophobic lenses.
How to Use
1. Spray 2–3 times directly onto the lens surface
2. Wipe clean using the included microfiber cloth
3. For light dust or smudges mid-run, a dry buff with the cloth is enough
The nozzle delivers a wide mist pattern across the full lens, no pooling, no wasted product, no wiping around a single wet spot.
The cloth is oversized by design. Big enough to hold properly and wipe across both lenses in one clean motion — not the tiny square you get tucked into a case.
Avoid spraying directly into hinges or onto rubber nose pads. Spray onto the lens or cloth instead.

Great!
Really glad you're happy with it, Lisa. Keeping the lenses clean makes such a difference to clarity on the run. Tim, Re.
This is just what I needed to help clean my running glasses. Very happy with how the product applies and how clean my glasses are now.
FAQ
Is this safe for polarised lenses?
Yes. The formula is alcohol-free and ammonia-free, which are the two main ingredients that degrade polarised films and coatings over time. It's safe for polarised, photochromic, AR-coated, UV400, and all standard lens types.
Why does it matter that it's alcohol-free?
Most lens cleaning sprays, including popular brands, use isopropyl alcohol (IPA) as the main cleaning agent. Short-term it works fine, but repeated use on coated lenses can cause the coating layers to break down gradually. You'll notice it as haziness, crazing, or a film that won't wipe off. Our formula uses a mild surfactant and green-classified solvent system instead, which cleans just as effectively without the long-term damage.
How do I use it?
Spray 2–3 times onto the lens surface, then wipe clean with the included microfiber cloth. For lighter dust and smudges, a dry buff with the cloth is usually enough. Avoid spraying directly onto lens edges or into hinges.
What's the wide-distribution nozzle?
The nozzle is designed to spray an even mist pattern across the lens rather than a concentrated jet. You get full coverage in one spray, no pooling, no wasting half the bottle, no wiping around a single wet spot.
Why is the cloth oversized?
Most cleaning cloths are too small to hold properly. The After the Run. cloth is sized so you can grip it firmly and wipe across both lenses in a proper motion. It makes a difference in how cleanly you can actually wipe, especially for lens shapes with more surface area.
Is this just for Re. sunglasses?
No, it works on any running or sports sunglasses. It was designed around the types of coatings used in performance eyewear, so it's well-suited for Oakley, Goodr, Roka, and similar brands too.
