Brilliant for trail running through mixed light

Dappled light under tree canopy is the hardest thing for fixed-tint lenses. The Re.silience adaptor handles it brilliantly. Going from dark shade to bright exposed sections constantly, the lens adapts without any distraction.

Trail puts them through their paces - really glad they're holding up. Nothing flying in is kind of the whole point. Appreciate the review.

Solid night trail choice

Used these for a night trail event with some headtorch running and they were excellent. The clear lens doesn't reduce the headtorch beam and kept dust and small debris out of my eyes on the descent. The lens stayed clear even when I was breathing hard on the climbs.

Very satisfied with the adaptor lens

The photochromic adaptor lens on the Re.silience is cleverly balanced. Clear enough in low light to be genuinely useful, dark enough in bright sun to provide real UV protection. Not a compromise, genuinely both.

Great cloudy day runner

I specifically needed a pair for overcast days and early morning runs when the light is flat and tricky. These clear adaptors on the Re.silience frame are exactly what I was after. The photochromic lens starts clear and darkens subtly as the sun breaks through, genuinely smart tech.

Are Re. sunglasses suitable for non-runners?

Yes! While Re. sunglasses are optimized for running, they are versatile and great for any outdoor activity, including cycling, hiking, and even casual wear. Our Adaptor Lenses and Photochromic lenses can even be worn for indoor activities as a form of eye protection…or just because they look fresh!

Do you have sunglasses for prescription lenses?

At the moment, we do not offer prescription-ready sunglasses, but we do offer insert frames for all of our models (excluding Re.balance frames) which are automatically included free with your order. These insert frames will need to be taken to our optometrist to have the right prescription fitted. We recommend to speak to your optometrist before purchase to confirm specifics and cost, we are happy to provide any details if required.
